The Arizona state library, archives and public records is established in the office of the secretary of state.\n\nB. The state library shall:\n\n1. Acquire and provide access to materials relating to the following in print, in an electronic format or in any other format:\n\n(a) Law.\n\n(b) Political science.\n\n(c) Economics.\n\n(d) Sociology.\n\n(e) Subjects pertaining to the theory and practice of government.\n\n(f) Genealogy.\n\n(g) Arizona history.\n\n2.
