On receiving a certified copy of a judgment foreclosing the right to redeem issued pursuant to section 42-18204, subsection A, paragraph 1 and a fee of $50 per parcel, the county treasurer shall execute and deliver to the party in whose favor the judgment was entered a deed conveying the property described in the judgment.\n\nB. The deed shall include the following information:\n\n1. The date, court action number and name of the judgment.\n\n2. The name of the purchaser.\n\n3. The property description.\n\n4. The date of the conveyance.\n\n5.
