A class 3 misdemeanor if the violation involves property offered for sale at less than two thousand five hundred dollars.\n\n2. A class 2 misdemeanor if the violation involves property offered for sale at two thousand five hundred dollars or more but less than twenty thousand dollars.\n\n3.
