{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-44-1291","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 44-1291","heading":"Definitions","body":"In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n1. \"Aftermarket crash part\" means a replacement for any of the nonmechanical sheet metal or plastic parts which generally constitute the exterior of a motor vehicle, including the inner and outer panels.\n\n2. \"Installer\" means an individual who actually does the work of replacing or repairing parts of a motor vehicle.\n\n3. \"Nonoriginal equipment manufacturer aftermarket crash part\" means an aftermarket crash part which is not made for or by the manufacturer of the motor vehicle.\n\n4. \"Repair facility\" means a motor vehicle dealer, garage, body shop or other commercial entity which undertakes the repair or replacement of those parts that generally constitute the exterior of a motor vehicle.","path":["Title 44 Trade and Commerce"],"source_url":"https://www.azleg.gov/ars/44/01291.htm","current_through":"2026-09-04","vintage":"2026-08-09","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:49:56Z","sha256":"b289700418fb601842ef2975edd69cc9590b4717fa645b77ebead3dbdcb7c41f","source_id":"us-az","stale":true,"prev":"us-az/a.r.s.-44-1282","next":"us-az/a.r.s.-44-1292"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
