The superior court may, after the complaint is filed, issue a preliminary injunction restraining the defendant named in the complaint from removing, encumbering or otherwise disposing of his property located within this state, and the court may in its discretion appoint a temporary conservator or receiver to take possession of the books, records and assets of every description of the defendant, pending further order of the court.\n\nB.
