A flood control assistance fund is established. All or part of an appropriation to the fund may be allocated for a specific flood control project defined by section 45-1441, paragraph 3, subdivision (a). All payments for flood control assistance under this article shall be made from the fund. The monies in the fund are exempt from section 35-190, relating to lapsing of appropriations.\n\nB.
