{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-45-341","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 45-341","heading":"Definitions","body":"In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n1. \"Community water system\" means a public water system that serves at least fifteen service connections used by year-round residents of the area served by the system or that regularly serves at least twenty-five year-round residents of the area served by the system. A person is a year-round resident of the area served by a system if the person’s primary residence is served water by that system.\n\n2. \"Large community water system\" means a community water system that serves water to more than one thousand eight hundred fifty persons.\n\n3. \"Public water system\" means an entity that distributes or sells water and that qualifies as a public water system under section 49-352, subsection B.\n\n4. \"Small community water system\" means a community water system that does not qualify as a large community water system.","path":["Title 45 Waters"],"source_url":"https://www.azleg.gov/ars/45/00341.htm","current_through":"2026-09-04","vintage":"2026-08-09","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:49:56Z","sha256":"da95f1980cef484cf2371ba3b05b471966b830a738e1cc235959f85f94a4d449","source_id":"us-az","stale":true,"prev":"us-az/a.r.s.-45-335","next":"us-az/a.r.s.-45-342"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
