The categories of groundwater withdrawal permits are as follows:\n\n1. Dewatering permits issued pursuant to section 45-513.\n\n2. Mineral extraction and metallurgical processing permits issued pursuant to section 45-514.\n\n3. General industrial use permits issued pursuant to section 45-515.\n\n4. Poor quality groundwater permits issued pursuant to section 45-516.\n\n5. Temporary permits issued pursuant to sections 45-517 and 45-518.\n\n6. Drainage water permits issued pursuant to section 45-519.\n\n7.
