{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-47-2703","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 47-2703","heading":"Seller's remedies in general","body":"Where the buyer wrongfully rejects or revokes acceptance of goods or fails to make a payment due on or before delivery or repudiates with respect to a part or the whole, then with respect to any goods directly affected and, if the breach is of the whole contract (section 47-2612), then also with respect to the whole undelivered balance, the aggrieved seller may:\n\n1. Withhold delivery of such goods.\n\n2. Stop delivery by any bailee as hereafter provided (section 47-2705).\n\n3. Proceed under section 47-2704 respecting goods still unidentified to the contract.\n\n4. Resell and recover damages as hereafter provided (section 47-2706).\n\n5. Recover damages for non-acceptance (section 47-2708) or in a proper case the price (section 47-2709).\n\n6.
