Except as otherwise provided in subsection B of this section and section 47-9312, subsection B, a financing statement must be filed to perfect all security interests and agricultural liens.\n\nB. The filing of a financing statement is not necessary to perfect a security interest:\n\n1. That is perfected under section 47-9308, subsection D, E, F or G;\n\n2. That is perfected under section 47-9309 when it attaches;\n\n3. In property subject to a statute, regulation or treaty described in section 47-9311, subsection A;\n\n4. In goods in possession of a bailee that is perfected under section 47-9312, subsection D, paragraph 1 or 2;\n\n5. In certificated securities, documents, goods or instruments that is perfected without filing, control or possession under section 47-9312, subsection E, F or G;\n\n6. In collateral in the secured party's possession under section 47-9313;\n\n7. In a certificated security that is perfected by delivery of the security certificate to the secured party under section 47-9313;\n\n8. In deposit accounts, electronic chattel paper, electronic documents, investment property or letter-of-credit rights that is perfected by control under section 47-9314;\n\n9. In proceeds that is perfected under section 47-9315; or\n\n10. That is perfected under section 47-9316.\n\nC.
