{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-48-2101","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 48-2101","heading":"Definitions","body":"In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n1. \"Agricultural land\" means property that has a current agricultural use designation from the county assessor.\n\n2. \"Board\" means a county board of supervisors.\n\n3. \"Director\" means one or all of the board of directors of a pest abatement district established pursuant to this chapter.\n\n4. \"District\" means a pest abatement district established pursuant to this chapter and includes the governing body of the district and all its authorized personnel.\n\n5. \"Landowner\" means a person who owns land within the boundaries of a proposed or existing district.\n\n6. \"Pest\" means any arthropods, rats and mice that the district determines to be a public nuisance to persons or property.
