The methods may include:\n\n1. Predevelopment agreements leading to other implementing agreements.\n\n2. A design-build agreement.\n\n3. A design-build-maintain agreement.\n\n4. A design-build-finance-operate agreement.\n\n5. A design-build-operate-maintain agreement.\n\n6. A design-build-finance-operate-maintain agreement.\n\n7. A concession agreement providing for the private partner to design, build, operate, maintain, manage or lease a water-related facility.\n\n8.
