The court may not order a juvenile who is under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court or the juvenile's parent or guardian to pay either of the following:\n\n1. A fee that is associated with court services or probation.\n\n2. A fine or monetary sanction that is not specifically required by the offense or citation.\n\nB.
