{"data":{"id":"us-ca/bpc-2467","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"BPC § 2467","heading":"","body":"(a) The board may convene from time to time as it deems necessary.\n(b) Four members of the board constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting.\n(c) It shall require the affirmative vote of a majority of those members present at a meeting, those members constituting at least a quorum, to pass any motion, resolution, or measure.\n(d) The board shall elect from its members a president, a vice president, and a secretary who shall hold their respective positions at the pleasure of the board.
