{"data":{"id":"us-ca/bpc-2564.77","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"BPC § 2564.77","heading":"","body":"(a) A certificate may be denied, to the extent authorized by Section 480, or suspended, revoked, or otherwise subjected to discipline for any of the following:\n(1) Incompetence, gross negligence, or repeated similar negligent acts performed by the registrant or any employee of the registrant.\n(2) An act of dishonesty or fraud.\n(3) Committing any act or being convicted of a crime constituting grounds for denial of licensure or registration under Section 480.\n(4) Any violation of Section 2564.75 or 2564.76.\n(b) The proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, and the board shall have all powers granted therein.","path":["Business and Professions Code - BPC","DIVISION 2.
