{"data":{"id":"us-ca/bpc-4038","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"BPC § 4038","heading":"","body":"(a) “Pharmacy technician” means an individual who assists a pharmacist in a pharmacy in the performance of their pharmacy related duties, as specified in Section 4115.\n(b) A “pharmacy technician trainee” is a person who is enrolled in a pharmacy technician training program operated by a California public postsecondary education institution or by a private postsecondary vocational institution approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education or an accredited employer-based pharmacy technician training program.","path":["Business and Professions Code - BPC","DIVISION 2.
