{"data":{"id":"us-ca/bpc-4044.6","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"BPC § 4044.6","heading":"","body":"(a) “Supervising pharmacy” means a licensed pharmacy located in this state that is owned and operated by a person or persons where the majority of the beneficial interest in, as well as the management and control, resides with at least one board-licensed pharmacist, as defined in Section 4036, that exclusively oversees the operations of a remote dispensing site pharmacy.\n(b) A supervising pharmacy shall be exclusively responsible for the operation of the remote dispensing site pharmacy and its employees pursuant to Section 4131.","path":["Business and Professions Code - BPC","DIVISION 2.
