The furnisher shall make a reasonable effort to determine that the person who transmits the prescription is authorized to do so and shall record the name of the authorized agent of the prescriber who transmits the order.\nThis section shall not apply to orders for Schedule II controlled substances.","path":["Business and Professions Code - BPC","DIVISION 2.
