At the same time the entire amount of collections shall be paid into the State Treasury, and shall be credited to the Barbering and Cosmetology Contingent Fund, which fund is hereby created.\nThe moneys in the contingent fund shall be appropriated to the board pursuant to the annual Budget Act and out of it shall be paid all salaries and all other expenses necessarily incurred in carrying into effect this chapter.","path":["Business and Professions Code - BPC","DIVISION 3.
