{"data":{"id":"us-ca/bpc-7731.3","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"BPC § 7731.3","heading":"","body":"(a) All moneys received by the bureau under the provisions of this chapter shall be accounted for and reported by detailed statements furnished by the bureau to the Controller at least once a month, and at the same time these moneys shall be remitted to the Treasurer, and, upon order of the Controller, shall be deposited in the Cemetery and Funeral Fund in the State Treasury, which fund is hereby created.\n(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2016.","path":["Business and Professions Code - BPC","DIVISION 3.
