{"data":{"id":"us-ca/bpc-8564.6","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"BPC § 8564.6","heading":"","body":"(a) To obtain an original applicator’s license, an applicant shall submit to the registrar an application containing a statement that the applicant requests the issuance of an applicator’s license under the terms of this chapter.\n(b) The application shall be made on a form prescribed by the board and issued by the registrar in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the board and shall contain the following:\n(1) The name of the registered company by which the applicant is to be employed.\n(2) The fee prescribed by this chapter.","path":["Business and Professions Code - BPC","DIVISION 3.
