{"data":{"id":"us-ca/ccp-1733","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"CCP § 1733","heading":"","body":"(a) An application for entry of a judgment under this chapter shall be filed in a superior court.\n(b) Subject to the power of the court to transfer proceedings under this chapter pursuant to Title 4 (commencing with Section 392) of Part 2, and except as provided in Section 1733.1, the proper county for the filing of an application is either of the following:\n(1) The county in which any respondent resides or owns property.\n(2) If no respondent is a resident, any county in this state.\n(c) A case in which the tribal court money judgment amounts to thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) or less is a limited civil case.","path":["Code of Civil Procedure - CCP","PART 3.
