{"data":{"id":"us-ca/civ-798.75.5","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"CIV § 798.75.5","heading":"","body":"(a) The management shall provide a prospective homeowner with a completed written disclosure form concerning the park described in subdivision (b) at least three days prior to execution of a rental agreement or statement signed by the park management and the prospective homeowner that the parties have agreed to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
