This part shall not affect any statute or rule of law that is or would be applicable to a corporation that is not a benefit corporation.\n(c) The provisions of the General Corporation Law (Division 1 (commencing with Section 100)) shall apply to benefit corporations, except where those provisions are in conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of this part.","path":["Corporations Code - CORP","TITLE 1.
