{"data":{"id":"us-ca/edc-15101.75","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"EDC § 15101.75","heading":"","body":"(a) This chapter shall apply to bond elections for and the issuance of bonds for school facilities improvement districts created pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 15300) to the extent that this chapter does not conflict with Chapter 2. In the event of a conflict, the provisions of Chapter 2 shall supersede the provisions of this chapter, but only to the extent of the conflict.\n(b) A bond adopted by the voters pursuant to this part prior to January 1, 2008, shall be governed by this part as it read on December 31, 2007.","path":["Education Code - EDC","TITLE 1.
