{"data":{"id":"us-ca/edc-15701","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"EDC § 15701","heading":"","body":"As used in this chapter:\n(a) “Board” means the State Allocation Board.\n(b) “Director” means the Director of Education for kindergarten and grades 1 to 12, inclusive.\n(c) “Project” means the purposes for which a school district has applied for an apportionment under this chapter.\n(d) “Grade level maintained by a district” means either of the following:\n(1) The kindergarten, if any, and grades 1 to 6, inclusive, or grades 1 to 8, inclusive, maintained by an elementary school district or a unified school district.\n(2) Grades 7 to 12, inclusive, grades 9 to 12, inclusive, or grades 7 to 10, inclusive, maintained by a high school district or unified school district.\n(e) “Apportionment” means an apportionment made under this chapter unless the context otherwise requires.","path":["Education Code - EDC","TITLE 1.
