The amount of the payment bond shall not be less than the amount of the performance bond.\n(b) The alternative design-build contract shall require errors and omissions insurance coverage for the design elements of the project.\n(c) The school district shall develop a standard form of payment and performance bond for its alternative design-build projects.","path":["Education Code - EDC","TITLE 1.
