{"data":{"id":"us-ca/edc-19423","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"EDC § 19423","heading":"","body":"The first board of library trustees appointed or elected in a district shall at their first meeting so classify themselves by lot that their terms shall expire:\n(a) For three-member boards, one on the last Friday in November of the first odd-numbered calendar year next succeeding his or her appointment or election, and two on the last Friday in November of the second succeeding odd-numbered calendar year.\n(b) For five-member boards, two on the last Friday in November of the first odd-numbered calendar year next succeeding his or her appointment or election, and three on the last Friday in November of the second succeeding odd-numbered calendar year.","path":["Education Code - EDC","TITLE 1.
