The certification for fiscal years 2009–10 to 2015–16, inclusive, shall be subject to subdivisions (c) to (f), inclusive, of Section 41206.02, including, among other things, that the Director of Finance shall issue a final certification of the state’s minimum funding obligation to school districts and community college districts required by subdivision (b) of Section 8 of Article XVI of the California Constitution for the fiscal years 2009–10 to 2015–16, inclusive, no later than September 15, 2018.","path":["Education Code - EDC","TITLE 2.
