Each department shall have 10 working days to consider the contract.\n(b) Contracts shall be submitted to the State Department of Developmental Services or the State Department of State Hospitals, as appropriate, for approval before May 15.\n(c) A payment shall not be processed before contract approval, and educational services shall not be provided in the community school programs before contract approval.","path":["Education Code - EDC","TITLE 2.
