{"data":{"id":"us-ca/edc-69613.2","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"EDC § 69613.2","heading":"","body":"The commission shall commence loan assumption payments, as specified in Section 69613.4, upon verification that the applicant has fulfilled all of the following:\n(a) The applicant has received a California preliminary or professional clear credential, or an equivalent credential from another state, authorizing service for kindergarten or any of grades 1 to 12, inclusive.\n(b) The applicant has provided full-time classroom instruction, or the equivalent on a part-time basis, in a public elementary or secondary school for the equivalent of one school year.\n(c) The applicant has met the requirements of the agreement and all other pertinent conditions of this article.","path":["Education Code - EDC","TITLE 3.
