{"data":{"id":"us-ca/edc-81510","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"EDC § 81510","heading":"","body":"The governing board of a community college district may, upon complying with the provisions of this article, enter into and be a party to a community lease to which a city or other public agency and one or more private persons or private agencies are also parties for the leasing of the parcels of lands owned by the district and the other parties for the extraction and taking of gas not associated with oil, on such terms and conditions as the governing board of the district may prescribe.
