{"data":{"id":"us-ca/edc-87406","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"EDC § 87406","heading":"","body":"Governing boards of community college districts shall not employ or retain in employment any person who has been determined to be a sexual psychopath under the provisions of Article 1 (commencing with Section 5500), Chapter 1, Part 1.5, Division 6 of the Welfare and Institutions Code or under similar provisions of law of any other state. If, however, the determination is reversed and the person is determined not to be a sexual psychopath in a new proceeding or the proceeding to determine whether he or she is a sexual psychopath is dismissed, this section does not prohibit his or her employment thereafter.","path":["Education Code - EDC","TITLE 3.
