{"data":{"id":"us-ca/fac-16421","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"FAC § 16421","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided in this part or in subdivision (b), every person that violates this part is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), by imprisonment of not less than 10 days nor more than one year, or by both the fine and imprisonment. Each violation during any day shall constitute a separate offense.\n(b) Every person who violates the following is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), by imprisonment of not less than 10 days nor more than six months, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
