Failure to pay the renewal fee plus the penalty within 90 days of expiration shall cause a revocation of a license.\n(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2027, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2027, deletes or extends that date.","path":["Food and Agricultural Code - FAC","DIVISION 12.
