{"data":{"id":"us-ca/fac-59233","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"FAC § 59233","heading":"","body":"Every person that violates any provision of this chapter or any provision of any marketing order which is duly issued by the director pursuant to this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100), nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment of not less than 10 days nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
