{"data":{"id":"us-ca/fac-77416","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"FAC § 77416","heading":"","body":"“Districts” consist of the following:\n(a) District 1 consists of San Diego, Imperial, and Riverside Counties.\n(b) District 2 consists of Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties.\n(c) District 3 consists of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.\n(d) District 4 consists of Ventura County.\n(e) District 5 consists of Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, Kern, Inyo, Merced, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Sacramento Counties and all other counties within the State of California not included in Districts 1 to 4, inclusive, and District 6.\n(f) District 6 consists of Alameda, Monterey, San Benito, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz Counties, and the City and County of San Francisco.\nThe boundaries of any district may be changed by a two-thirds vote of the commission, which is concurred in by the secretary, to ensure proper representation.
