If the petition is approved by a two-thirds vote of the members of the commission, the secretary shall conduct an implementation vote of the producers from those counties in accordance with Article 5 (commencing with Section 78270).\n(b) If the secretary certifies a favorable vote, all producers from those counties shall be subject to this chapter.","path":["Food and Agricultural Code - FAC","DIVISION 22.
