The court may award, to a minor who prevails in any action brought in accordance with this part, any of the following damages:\n(a) Actual damages.\n(b) Punitive damages.\n(c) Cost of the action, including attorney’s fees and litigation costs.","path":["Family Code - FAM","DIVISION 11.
