D. B. \u0026 M.;\nThence northerly along the line common to R. 40 and 41 E., M. D. M., to the point of intersection with the line common to T. 9 and 10 S., Mount Diablo Base, being the NE. corner of Sec. 1, T. 10 S., R. 40 E., M. D. B. \u0026 M.;\nThence westerly along the line common to T. 9 and 10 S., M.D.B., and the prolongation thereof, to the point of intersection with the most easterly boundary line of the Inyo National Forest, as such boundary exists on the effective date of this act, being the NW. corner of Sec. 6, T. 10 S., R. 37 E., M. D. B. \u0026 M.;\nThence southerly and easterly along the most easterly boundary line of the Inyo National Forest to the most easterly southeast corner of said national forest;\nThence in a direct line in a generally southeasterly direction to the point at which the center line of State Highway Route 127 (No. 190) intersects with the line common to R. 41 and 42 E., M. D. M.;\nThence southerly along the line common to R. 41 and 42 E., M. D. M., to the point of intersection with the line common to T. 20 and 21 S., M. D. B., being the SW. corner of Sec. 31, T. 20 S., R. 42 E., M. D. B. \u0026 M.;\nThence westerly one-half mile, more or less, along the line common to T. 20 and 21 S., M. D. B., to the point of intersection with the line common to R. 41 and 42 E., M. D. M., being the NW. corner of Sec. 6, T. 21 S., R. 42 E., M. D. B. \u0026 M.;\nThence southerly along the line common to R. 41 and 42 E., M. D.
