{"data":{"id":"us-ca/fgc-3680","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"FGC § 3680","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as provided in subdivision (b), any person who purposely takes any racing pigeon that at the time of taking is registered with a recognized organization is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n(b) This section does not apply to either of the following:\n(1) The taking of a registered racing pigeon by its owner.\n(2) The incidental take of a registered racing pigeon while shooting or taking a wild band-tailed pigeon or domestic pigeon (Columba livia).","path":["Fish and Game Code - FGC","DIVISION 4.
