{"data":{"id":"us-ca/gov-14074","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"GOV § 14074","heading":"","body":"As used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings:\n(a) “Authority” or “San Joaquin Joint Powers Authority” means a joint exercise of powers agency formed under Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 6500) of Division 7 of Title 1 for purposes of assuming administrative responsibility for the San Joaquin Corridor under an interagency transfer agreement pursuant to Article 5 (commencing with Section 14070).\n(b) “Board” means the governing board of the San Joaquin Joint Powers Authority established under Section 14074.2.\n(c) “San Joaquin Corridor” or “corridor” means the Los Angeles-Bakersfield-Fresno-Stockton-Sacramento-Oakland intercity passenger rail corridor.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 2.
