Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, no subvention payments to a county, city, city and county, or school district shall be made pursuant to this chapter for land enforceably restricted pursuant to the Open-Space Easement Act of 1974 (Chapter 6.6 (commencing with Section 51070) of Part 1 of Division 1 of Title 5).","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 2.
