The criteria contained in Section 16275 shall not apply to such distribution.\n(f) In the event that a governing body made funds available to any eligible special district for the 1978–79 fiscal year from its own sources, such governing body may reimburse itself for any or all of such amount from the amount allocated to it pursuant to subdivision (b) or, in the case of a subsidiary district, for the amount allocated to such district pursuant to subdivision (e).","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 2.
