{"data":{"id":"us-ca/gov-16367.65","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"GOV § 16367.65","heading":"","body":"The Department of Economic Opportunity may enter into an agreement with the California Energy Extension Service to provide technical assistance and outreach programs to low-income individuals and the Department of Economic Opportunity energy agencies which shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following:\n(a) Energy education programs for recipients of low-income energy assistance.\n(b) Energy education to senior citizens, disabled individuals, Native Americans, seasonal migrant workers, and rural communities.\n(c) Training programs and technical assistance for community action agencies and community-based organizations and other groups which administer the low-income home energy assistance programs at the local level.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 2.
