{"data":{"id":"us-ca/gov-20899.7","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"GOV § 20899.7","heading":"","body":"For service prior to January 1, 2027, such service having already been reported to the system, in computing the amount of service to be credited to a member of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Appeals Board or the Central Valley Flood Protection Board, who elected to become a member pursuant to Section 20320 before January 1, 2027, a year of service shall be credited for each year of tenure on the board. A person serving on the board shall be deemed to be serving on a full-time basis rather than a part-time basis for all purposes of this part.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 2.
