{"data":{"id":"us-ca/gov-53076","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"GOV § 53076","heading":"","body":"No local agency shall deny a permit to repair an underground steel storage tank containing a motor vehicle fuel product not under pressure which has developed a leak due to corrosion of the interior of the tank solely on the basis that the tank is to be repaired by an interior-coating process. However, nothing in this section shall prevent a local agency from prohibiting the use of a storage tank repaired by an interior-coating process if the tank fails to meet any additional requirements for underground storage tanks imposed by the local agency.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 5.
