{"data":{"id":"us-ca/gov-56036.5","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"GOV § 56036.5","heading":"","body":"(a) For the purposes of Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 57000) to Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 57176), inclusive, of Part 4 or Part 5 (commencing with Section 57300), for each of the following entities proceedings for a change of organization shall be conducted pursuant to the principal act authorizing the establishment of that district:\n(1) A unified or union high school library district.\n(2) A bridge and highway district.\n(3) A joint highway district.\n(4) A transit or rapid transit district.\n(5) A metropolitan water district.\n(6) A separation of grade district.\n(b) For other districts, where the principal act provides, the procedures in the principal act shall supersede the procedures set forth in this division.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 5.
