If a resolution, or substantially identical resolution, has been filed by a majority of independent special districts within the county, then, not later than 35 days after the filing, the commission shall adopt a resolution of intention in accordance with the filed resolution or resolutions.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 5.
