{"data":{"id":"us-ca/gov-62000","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"GOV § 62000","heading":"","body":"As used in this division, the following terms have the following meanings:\n(a) “Authority” means the Community Revitalization and Investment Authority created pursuant to this division.\n(b) “Plan” means a community revitalization and investment plan and shall be deemed to be the plan described in Section 16 of Article XVI of the California Constitution.\n(c) “Plan area” means territory included within a community revitalization and investment area.\n(d) “Revitalization project” means a physical improvement to real property funded by the authority.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 6.
